This Right Brain Business

Remove Boredom From the Agenda!

These days you may hear people talking about right brain vs left brain thinking. Generally, many of us rely most heavily on our left-brain thinking to get things done. It’s the side of our brain that’s good at logic: making lists, keeping numbers in sequence, rationally reasoning through the various details of our work day. Left brain is analytical and objective, looking at the parts.

It is the right side
of the brain
that helps us engage
our full creativity.

It’s about intuition, and does not follow a sequence. It synthesizes concepts, looking at the whole, and is not objective. Obviously both sides of our brain are important.

Stina Brown designs and facilitates a spectrum of experiential learning methods with groups to “draw out” the creative potential of each person.

  • visual
  • auditory
  • kinetic/physical
  • tactile
  • introspective and imaginative
  • interpersonal and interactive

For Fun:

Below, you’ll see some of the pieces of Stina’s “Right Brain Business Plan”. A fun project she is working her way through, thanks to the guidance in Jen Lee’s book: http://www.rightbrainbusinessplan.com/.

    • Hi Jessica~!
Thanks so much for your compliment. I’ve been working on an event called Social Change Institute. I would LOVE to have YOU there. I am hiring another graphic recorder (Avril Orloff) who will be working with me to create a 360 degree learning/generative environment to compliment the experiential agenda. If you are able to come, you’ll get 100% burst of bioneers-like boost from this community. There’s nothing like it. http://scihollyhock.org.

      June 6~10th.
Hope your event went well and that you’ll be in the touch in the future. I am coordinating my papers to be able to work in the US in the coming months.
      Warmly,
      Stina
